HOW TO MAKE YOUR RESERVATION

ONE TIME PASS

1.Please make payment for class pass via Paypal, debit or credit card button below.
2. Fill out the form correctly and select your class date. Also let us know if you are joining on-site or online in ‘Notes’.
3. If you want to participate on-site with Urban Sport Club, please reserve the class directly on the USC App. If you want to join online with USC write it in ‘Notes’.
4. If you can’t attend class on the date you selected, please notify 24 hours ahead of time to reschedule for the following week.
5. For cancellations done on the same day of the class, pass will lose validity.

You will NOT receive any confirmation email. If you’re joining online, you will receive the link via email.

What is this somatic coaching session like?

Have you ever thought about how movement can help you feel better? In ‘Moving Through It: Individual Somatic Coaching,’ we explore the powerful connection between your mind and body. Together, we’ll identify the emotions, thoughts, or feelings that might be keeping you stuck and notice where they show up in your body. Through simple, intentional movement, we’ll release tension, make sense of what’s holding you back, and open up new ways to approach your challenges. It’s a one-on-one journey of progress, resilience, and transformation—rooted in expertise and designed to help you ‘move through it’, one step at a time.”

“As a dancer and psychologist, I aim for this coaching to be a space where you find support, contention and tools for emotional regulation, mind-body awareness, and overall personal development. Over the past years, I’ve dedicated myself to creating spaces for enjoyment, self-discovery, and personal growth through dance, so these sessions are a continuation of that work

  1. You can only book the pass “1st Session” once.
  2. The session is 1 Hour long.
  3. Once you book your individual session, you’ll receive an email with available schedule options.
